Analysis report

When an inspection order is completed, DataHub allocates a report number once (RPT-{plantCode}-{year}-{seq}). Reprints use the same number and the same results (amendments create a new result revision before complete).

Open the report from Quality → History, from the completed order (/quality/orders/{id}/report), or via GET /api/quality/orders/:id/report. Requires quality.export. The page is print-optimized HTML (A4). Use the browser print dialog — there is no server-side PDF in this release, and the product does not claim printed “page X of Y” pagination.

What the report includes

The field set follows TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 §7.8 (reporting of results), including:

• Laboratory name, address, and test location (from the lab chosen on the inspection order; otherwise the plant’s default lab)
• Report number, order code, customer (defaults to the plant)
• Sample / lot identity, quantity, received time
• Method reference, limits, measured value, uncertainty, pass/fail
• Who measured (latest result authors) and who approved / issued the report
• Statement of conformity and the plan decision rule
• Optional environment, method deviations, and opinions / interpretations
• Standing declarations: results relate only to the item tested; the report must not be reproduced in part without permission

Out-of-limit values are highlighted (red on yellow) and print with color.

Accreditation

Accreditation body and number on a lab are optional. Leave them empty unless that laboratory is accredited. DataHub itself is not a TÜRKAK-accredited lab and does not issue ministry-specific annexes.

Configure labs under Quality → Labs. A plant can have more than one laboratory; mark one as default.
