Chemistry incoming QC

Phase A1 ships incoming / lab IQC (chemistry-first). In-process (IPQC) and outgoing (OQC) plans are not in this release.

Warehouses have a purpose independent of layout: GENERAL, QUALITY, QUARANTINE, SCRAP. A warehouse station of kind QA is an inspection desk, not a stock location. QC stock lives in a warehouse whose purpose is Quality.

Flow

GENERAL stock → submit → QUALITY warehouse + lot HOLD
                         → record results
                         → pass → RELEASED + move to GENERAL
                         → fail → NCR + move to QUARANTINE

1. On Quality → Inbox, pick a row from Available stock (general warehouse, chemistry catalog items, lot OPEN or RELEASED).
2. Enter quantity. Unlotted stock must get a lot code at submit.
3. Choose a quality location and an IQC plan.
4. Submit. Stock moves with reason QC_TRANSFER. The lot goes to HOLD. Held lots cannot be issued except for a later QC move.
5. Open the order. Start first (required). Then enter measured values or Read from devices, and Save results.
6. After every line has a saved result, choose an outcome location and Complete:
   • All lines pass → lot RELEASED, stock to a general location (QC_RELEASE).
   • Any line fails → lot stays HOLD, stock to quarantine (QC_QUARANTINE), an NCR opens.
7. Cancel is allowed only while the order is OPEN. Stock returns to the source location; lot status is restored if no other open order exists.

Completing an order allocates a report number once (RPT-{plant}-{year}-{seq}). Find closed orders, who measured, who issued the report, and the audit log on Quality → History. See Analysis report.

NCRs

Failed orders create an NCR. A user with quality.acknowledge can dispose it:

Operators can inspect (quality create/update) but cannot dispose.

Plans and characteristics

Quality → Plans: create numeric or pass/fail characteristics (limits, unit, method, optional device tag) and group them into an IQC plan. Decision rule is simple acceptance or guard band (uses measurement uncertainty). Bound tags can fill results from live telemetry; lab methods without a tag stay manual.

Honesty

This is in-house QC, not a TÜRKAK-accredited laboratory. Optional accreditation fields on each lab are for plants that already hold their own accreditation. Add labs under Quality → Labs.
